Products & Fulfillment  
All ZinnTees products are made to order. Fulfillment times typically range from 2-7 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

Pricing & Payment  
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at checkout and processed securely via Shopify’s payment gateway. We do not store payment information.

Order Accuracy  
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you notice an error, contact us using the "Contact" link in the menu above immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.

Returns & Refunds  
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
